Shipping within India is complimentary for all artworks. If you're located outside India, please contact us for international shipping availability and costs- exact shipping costs will be communicated to you during the ordering process, before the order is confirmed.

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of the artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
We take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it reaches you safely. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs and an unboxing video are required as proof. If it is determined that the damage occurred during transit, we will review the case individually and offer a resolution.
Keep the artwork in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, humidity. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. To clean, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning products.
